Consultancy: – Besides, conducting active litigation by myself along my small company of 4 Associates in Delhi/NCR, I have been rendering active consultancy for the last 20 years to several renowned institutions/companies. I am conducting arbitration matters not only as a counsel representing one of the parties before an arbitral tribunal but also is acting as an arbitrator in several cases including cases referred to by DIAC (Delhi International Arbitration Center). Membership: – Membership with various Bar Associations in Delhi and with Supreme Court of India. Place of Practice/Consultancy: – Delhi/NCR, Gurugram and also at times to Mumbai, Indore, Jaipur, High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh. Field of Practice: – Active litigation in civil and criminal law, corporate law, trade mark, joint venture and all issues relating to real estate, matrimonial, arbitration, consumer, writ jurisdiction, revision, appeal & SLP before Supreme Court of India; DRT, ADRT etc. conducted several matters as Co-Arbitrator in Arbitration and as a Counsel before Arbitration Tribunal. Besides, I am on the panel of Arbitrators with Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). My Forte: – (a) Drafting, vetting of Service Provider Agreements, General Purchase Agreements, JVCs and any kind of plaint, appeals, legal notice, reply, application, petition, revision petition, writ petition, SLP, replies, and submitting legal opinions etc. etc. (b) Cross – examination of witness in all fields including civil, arbitration, criminal and partly in labour matters. |
